Boasting contemporary design and effortless flow, the Everglade Grandeur by New Generation Homes has modern family living at its core.

Offering four bedrooms and two bathrooms across a well-proportioned layout, the shape of the design considers the land it’s on, allowing you to maximise your alfresco area while permitting space for a future pool, shed or landscaped focal point – creating a home that can grow with you.

According to New Generation Homes Marketing Manager Natasha Seymour, Everglade Grandeur’s design accommodates both young and mature families, with access to the minor bedrooms or children’s wing opposite the entry to the master retreat, ensuring quick access when needed.

“The theatre at the head of the home allows for a few degrees of separation when the kids want to break away and do their own thing, or when the mum and dad have had a long day and need a timeout,” Ms Seymour said.

“The theatre room also features staged seating to add to the cinematic experience of the space.”

Towards the rear of the home is the open-plan living area, which Ms Seymour said included a living space that ran the length of the garden. This offers views from every angle and brings the outside in through a series of large full-height glass sliding doors and windows.

Overlooking the dining area, Ms Seymour said the layout of the kitchen meant that the chef remained included in the festivities, continuing their hosting responsibilities while remaining in the kitchen area working away.

“The intuitive layout of the kitchen, scullery and laundry means convenience and ease of movement around the space,” she said.

“Having a scullery to help with the preparation of dishes and presentation makes life a lot easier for the host.

“It means you can leave dirty dishes and meals still in preparation away from the gaze of guests until you are ready to take care of the cleaning up.”

For the adults, the master suite offers the perfect escape from reality, with a variety of luxurious offerings peppered throughout.

“The master retreat entry sets the tone, with double doors highlighted by stunning wall lights,” Ms Seymour said.

“A mini entryway leaves space for backlit artwork, which accommodates a peaceful and serene energy in the space.”

Dual walk-in robes sit on either side of the entry, each providing ample storage, with one of the robe alcoves complemented by a well-lit makeup nook, a drawer and a shelf with wall lighting.

The nearby ensuite, which is soaked in light via a sizeable skylight, showcases a freestanding bath integrated with the shower.

“The master suite itself suffers from no lack of space, with a crowning 33-course recessed ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows letting in as much natural light as possible,” Ms Seymour said.

For the children, or guests, three bedrooms are situated in the middle of the home – separated by an individual hallway. All have easy access to a bathroom with a generously proportioned shower and bath.

Along with its list of many inclusions, the Everglade Grandeur features an expansive outdoor alfresco with large sliding doors, making access between zones a breeze.

“The common areas roll into each other and merge intrinsically with the alfresco area and rear-living design, so maximum time spent with family members is achieved easily,” Ms Seymour said.

Everglade Grandeur is located at Baldivis and is open for viewing on Wednesdays from 2-5pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5pm.
