Trainers Bob Mellsop and Michael Brennan team up with reinsmen to share the spoils at Narrogin

Two trainers and two drivers shared the spoils at Narrogin with winning doubles on the eight-race program on December 29.

Trainer Bob Mellsop teamed up with reinsman Gary Hall Jr to win the first and last race on the program, while Michael Brennan and Michael Grantham also scored a winning double.

Consistent two-year-old Allwood Wizard proved far too strong in race one for his rivals as he claimed victory by 5.1m after being sent out a $2 favourite.

Mellsop and Hall had to wait a long time to taste success again but finished off the night on a winning note as Breanna was able to secure victory by a head over Addisyn.

Smart three-year-old Pinny Tiger justified his favouritism in race two as he broke maiden status at start eight after running four minor placings previously.

Pinny Tiger was the first leg of a winning double for Brennan and Grantham as they won with favourite and classy type Miss Limelight to claim race five by 3.2m.

Miss Limelight has now won eight races from 10 career starts.

Others winners on the program were Adda My Mind (race three), Tyron Terranova (race four), Allwoods Rocknroll (race six) and The Desert Fox (race seven).
