A man has died after crashing his motorcycle into a tree in Perth’s outer eastern region.

The tragedy happened when a black Harley-Davidson motorcycle was travelling south on Inkpen Road in Copley about 5.40pm yesterday.

Police said the motorcycle veered off the road and slammed into a tree.

The rider, believed to be a 45-year-old man, died at the scene.
