Opposition Leader Liza Harvey will join The West Live this morning to weigh in on WA's hard border and the State Government's plan for reopening it.

The West Australian today revealed that Premier Mark McGowan set to relax WA’s hard border to allow interstate travel — except to NSW and Victoria.

The Premier will chair a meeting of the State Disaster Council this morning, where updated health advice about a travel bubble with States that have no community spread will be considered.

Afterwards, Mark McGowan is expected to announce how and when the State will allow interstate travel.
