The latest model of the Case IH Steiger Quadtrac, which focuses on power, increased productivity, and operator comfort, has been launched in Australia.

The new update on the EIMA-awarded tractor includes a hydraulically-suspended and ground-conforming undercarriage that promises enhanced operator comfort, as well as a longer track life with an 11 per cent drive-wheel.

The Case IH Steiger Quadtrac 715 features 11 per cent higher field speeds in rough conditions than its previous incarnation, an automatic track tension system, easy maintenance with grease-less and maintenance-free brushing and pin design.

A six per cent bigger footprint to minimise ground pressure and compaction is also a feature of the latest Steiger Quadtrac model.

CNH Australia New Zealand product manager Justin Bryant said the reliable quadtrac had been a favourite with farmers since it was first launched in 1996.

“The Steiger Quadtrac has been a favourite on Australian farms for almost 30 years, proving its worth in the often-challenging conditions our farmers face and valued for its reliability and consistency of performance,” he said.

“In 2025, the Quadtrac has been redesigned to enhance the experience for the operator with a smoother ride and increased levels of comfort, and boost the productivity potential of the tractor with increased speed and durability.”

The model is the highest horsepower tractor in Case IH’s range and was awarded Tractor of the Year in the High Power category at EIMA in Bologna in 2024.

The Quadtrac was first launched in 1996 and will celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2026.
