Edge Visionary Living’s luxury Eden Floreat development, Eden West, has reached a new milestone, with the top level completed ahead of the set project completion date of January 2021.

Eden is located within Perry Lakes Estate, nestled adjacent to the Perry Lakes Reserve.

Edge Visionary Living Managing Director Gavin Hawkins said Eden Floreat was designed to bring premium apartment living to one of the finest parkside locations Perth had to offer.

“Traditionally a location such as this had been accessible only to individual residences,” he said. “It is therefore a tremendous privilege for us to create an apartment address of this distinction somewhere so unique and peaceful, yet connected to life’s conveniences.”

Town of Cambridge Mayor Keri Shannon congratulated everyone involved in the project when she joined developer Edge Visionary Living and builder BGC Construction for the building’s official topping out ceremony.

“Our vision for Perry Lakes continues to be good density that delivers a high quality of liveability and we believe that with Eden, Edge has demonstrated a commitment to providing a development which is responsive to the community,” she said.

“The redevelopment of the Perry Lakes Stadium is held dear in the hearts of Floreat residents and indeed people all around Perth who have competed, played, watched and enjoyed sporting events in this precinct over the years.

“The Edge team has worked within this vision framework to create a building that, through its timeless architecture, is sympathetic to that heritage and the precious surrounding environment, while embracing and connecting with the pristine parkside location.”

Mr Hawkins said the development had been well received and, given current market conditions, there couldn’t be a better time for people to enquire about their desired apartment type.

“With significantly less stock currently on the market in the western suburbs, we are seeing an unprecedented amount of interest from buyers looking to commit to purchase at Eden,” he said. “This has been confirmed with $10 million in reserves and sales over the past two weeks alone.”

Eden West consists of 100 apartments with a mix of predominantly three-bedroom apartments, three or four-bedroom two-storey private residences and penthouses.

All include large spacious floor plans and stunning ceiling heights of between 3-3.5m, complemented by the very best in designer finishes.

Exclusive residents’ amenities include multiple private dining and living rooms, a wine cellar, a heated 25m lap pool with views over the lake, a gymnasium and yoga studio, a sunset terrace, a library, a games room and a theatre. To complement the picture, Eden will also boast a parkside cafe, which will contribute to the vibrancy of the greater community.

“We are seeing a large amount of owner-occupiers being attracted not only to the sophisticated apartment designs and luxury residential amenities, but to the promise of an open, healthy outdoor lifestyle that the premium location inspires,” Mr Hawkins said.

“Eden has been appealing to a mix of demographics, from busy executives looking for location and amenities, to empty nesters and retirees seeking a healthy and happy community lifestyle.

“We are looking forward to building a community of like-minded owners who are eager to partake in the wonderful coastal lifestyle, while indulging in the stunning amenities afforded to residents.”
