Streets were packed with seasons greetings with Margaret River community out in force to celebrate Christmas

The streets were packed with seasons greetings last week in Margaret River, with the community out in force to celebrate Christmas at their annual street party. With Santa making a first class arrival onboard a helicopter, the event begun with a crowd favourite parade through town, as groups from across the region strutted their stuff through town — with firetrucks, roller-blades and Mr Monopoly all making a show down the street. After the parade, party-goers enjoyed live music, festive celebrations and street-side stalls with it appearing as if the whole town had made their way to the celebrations.
