MSWA Mega Home Lottery: Hazelmere couple Kylie & Brett Jones win City Beach home in $3.2 million prize
A Hazelmere couple are celebrating the win of a lifetime after their ticket was drawn for the grand prize in today’s MSWA Mega Home Lottery.
Kylie and Brett Jones won a stunning $2.3 million home in City Beach and will also pocket an additional $1 million in cash after the charity draw.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom Perina Way mansion — which features panoramic Indian Ocean views — was custom designed by WA luxury home builders Webb & Brown-Neaves.

The property also boasts an outdoor entertaining area with a pool, a world-class kitchen and fully stocked wine fridge.
Their lucky ticket was #156,785 in the draw.
Five other winners — from Applecross, Bridgetown, Tapping, Clarkson and Cockburn Central — will drive away in a brand new Range Rover Sport, valued at $120,000.
An additional 15 lucky ticket-holders will pocket $10,000 each.

Tickets sold out in under 10 days, which saw the major prize draw brought forward to September 11.
