VideoWA has recorded 24 new COVID cases overnight, with the virus now confirmed to have spread to the Wheatbelt.

A pub, a nightclub and tourist hotspots are among eight new locations added to the list of potential COVID-19 exposure sites.

Visitors to the locations have been urged to get tested immediately and isolate until they receive a negative result. It was the first time the exposure site list had been updated since Monday.

Those that attended the Sunday session at the Albion Hotel in Cottesloe and Saturday night revellers at the Top Floor nightclub in Mandurah are among those who may have been exposed to the virus.

The Belmont Forum has once again made the list, this time for people who attended the Nandos store on January 21 between 12pm and 1pm.

On Wednesday morning Mark McGowan revealed 24 new COVID cases had been recorded in the State overnight, nine of which were linked to the cluster at the Albemarle’s Kemerton lithium plant.
