A man is dead and a woman has been seriously injured after a car veered off a road, rolled and crashed in Yallingup on Sunday.

Police say the black Holden Monaro coupe was driving east on Wildwood Road when the driver, a man in his 50s, failed to negotiate a left-hand bend, near Butterly Road, causing the car to roll.

The man died at the scene, while the passenger, a woman in her 50s, suffered serious injuries.

She was flown to Royal Perth Hospital by the RAC Rescue helicopter.

The crash is one of several at the weekend.

A 24-year-old man was rushed by the rescue helicopter to RPH after his silver Holden Statesman crashed into a fence in Bullsbrook on Saturday morning.

The incident came just hours after a man was taken to hospital in a critical condition after he lost control of his white Toyota Camry sedan in Whiteman on Friday night.

The car left Beechboro Road and smashed into a tree.

That was less than two hours after a four-car pileup in Heathridge.

Major Crash Investigators are asking anyone with information regarding Sunday’s crash in Yallingup or who saw the black Holden Monaro before it rolled or has dash cam vision of it to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or to report online.
