Brand Highway crash near Geraldton claims two lives

UPDATE: 5.04pm. Two people died and at least two others were injured when a sedan and a LandCruiser towing a trailer collided on the Brand Highway at Bookara this afternoon, say police.

Police were called to the scene, near the intersection of Butcher Road, about 2.50pm.

The road remains closed in both directions – south of the crash scene at the intersection of Midlands Road and north at the intersection of Hamersley Road.
