Champion Bay Senior High School students celebrate unforgettable night at Year 12 ball

Champion Bay Senior High School’s Class of 2024 celebrated their night of nights — their Year 12 ball — in style, with glitz and glamour galore. The Geraldton Multipurpose Centre was the setting for the “A Starry Night” themed ball on Saturday, March 16. Just more than 100 students and guests attended the evening, which was the fourth CBSHS ball since the school was founded in 2019. They enjoyed a night of memories, fun, and laughter as they progress through their final year of schooling. The Class of 2024 is the first cohort to complete all high school years at Champion Bay. Beau of the ball was won by Warren Kelly, while belle of the ball went to Avril O’Brien, who both dressed to impress. The guests arrived at the venue in vintage cars and limousines, with Seth Kersting winning best arrival, while cutest couple went to Raymon Bonney and Kalirra Tesling. Dancing formed a crucial part of the evening, with the night’s best mover being Alla Shehan, while Mr Congeniality was taken out by Bobby Gregson.
