City of Greater Geraldton and Football West kicking goals

A soccer clinic run by the City of Greater Geraldton and Football West proved popular on Wednesday morning, with kids enjoying a kick around at Marina Park. Organiser Ben Rollet said the clinic was a collaboration between City of Greater Geraldton, their school holiday program and Football West. “I think it was just, they wanted to do something and they used to do it down at the foreshore near Jaffle Shack. But this is a great space, It works well, yeah they love it,’’ he said. Around 15 kids participated in the small sided games, with Football West’s Matthew Nix running the clinic.
