Federal MP Melissa Price is asking local people to complete a survey to gauge their thoughts on a wide range of issues. The representative for Durack, which spans most of WA north of Perth, has launched the “Biggest Survey” to hear about local perspectives. The survey of 55 questions asks respondents for their opinions on topics such as taxes, living costs, jobs, health, border control, welfare, crime, education, environment, energy as well as the date of Australia Day and the Indigenous Voice to Parliament. Ms Price said the survey was an important tool for understanding the main concerns of people living in Australia’s biggest electorate. “Given the size of my electorate, there are a wide range of ever-changing issues that I must consistently be aware of in order to best represent my constituents in Canberra,” she said. The survey can be accessed at: http://lbr.al/zdah. It closes on April 6. One respondent at random will win a $200 fuel voucher.
