Camera IconRace fans turned out to enjoy a day of local racing on Melbourne Cup day at Geraldton Turf Club this week.A fashionable crowd packed the marquee to watch outsider Verry Elleegant win at Flemington on a live telecast before tucking into the champagne and a full local card of racing and fashion.Philippa Kupsch won the Fashions on the Field ahead of Tessa Daly and Tarien Swanepoel.White accessories were the order of the day, with all three of the podium winners sporting white clutches and heels.Ms Kupsch wore a vivid red dress with matching millinery and white heels, while Ms Daly went for an embroidered white frock with a straw boater.Ms Swanepoel opted for a patterned light mauve and white one-piece with puffed sleeves and a white headband.
