Former Geraldton boxing coach Justin Crudeli pleads not guilty to working without a children’s permit

A former boxing coach accused of raping a teenage girl in July last year has pleaded not guilty to working with kids without a valid Working With Children Check. Justin James Crudeli, 36, is alleged to have sexually assaulted the 16-year-old on July 8. In Geraldton Magistrate’s Court on December 10, Mr Crudeli pleaded not guilty to aggravated sexual penetration without consent. He has been committed to the District Court for trial in September. In March, Mr Crudeli appeared on allegations he had worked with minors between June 10 and July 27 without having a valid permit. Yesterday, he pleaded not guilty to the allegations. The matter was adjourned until September 23.
