Geraldton builder Warren Taylor Homes and Perth’s Modular WA won all nine of the coveted 2019 Housing Industry Association’s Mid West Housing Awards last month.

Warren Taylor Homes won Mid West Home of the Year for a very large house in Worree with a “massive” laundry and “colossal” kitchen, according to judges’ notes.

“The living areas flow through to each other well,” the judges said.

“Workmanship was clean and neat throughout to a very high standard.”

The local builder also won the Affordable Housing Project, Custom Built Home, Excellence in Show Room Display, Framed Home, Project Home and the Excellence in Service — Small Builder categories.

They were for projects in White Peak, Sunset Beach, Beresford, Woorree and Walkaway.

Modular won the Transportable or Kit Home category for a project in Northam, and the Excellence in Service — Medium Builder category.
