Geraldton crime: Boy charged after windows allegedly smashed at McDonald’s restaurant

Police have charged a boy after two windows were allegedly smashed with a block of wood at a McDonald’s restaurant in Geraldton on Saturday.

Police said a group of youths entered the Durlacher Street restaurant about 1.30pm and began engaging in disorderly and anti-social behaviour.

A Rangeway boy was later arrested and charged with disorderly behaviour and damage.

He will face Geraldton Children’s Court early next month.

Police are still investigating.
