Jasmine Lee Dalgety appeared from custody in Geraldton Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with aggravated robbery.

Police allege on November 12 around 6pm Ms Dalgety and a co-accused attempted to steal seven bottles of alcohol worth $550 from Cellarbrations in Wonthella with violence. It’s further alleged a female store attendant was assaulted during the robbery.

Ms Dalgety, 29, will reappear in court on November 28 for legal advice and bail was not considered.

Detective Sen Const Joe Connolly alleged a stolen white Toyota Corolla was used by Ms Dalgety and the 42-year-old to flee the scene. The stolen vehicle has since been recovered.

Sen Const Connolly said police identified and charged a further two suspects involved in the alleged robbery, but wouldn’t specify how they were linked.

“Three people have been charged as a result of investigation. Once the other man has been spoken to, more details will be released,” he said.
