Geraldton police seize drugs, fireworks

A 41-year-old man has been charged after police allegedly seized illegal fireworks, cannabis and smoking implements while executing a search warrant at a Karloo property.

Officers descended on the Joel Court house about 7am yesterday.

A 41-year-old Karloo man was charged with unlicensed possession of dangerous goods, possessing a prohibited drug and possessing drug paraphernalia.

A 50-year-old Morawa man was also charged with possessing a prohibited drug.

Both will face Geraldton Magistrate’s Court.
