Geraldton welcomes overnight rainfall – and prospect of more
Rainfall overnight has been welcomed in Geraldton, after the city endured its driest autumn on record.
The Bureau of Meteorology’s Geraldton office recorded 27mm of rain between 11am yesterday and 8am today.
The outlook is looking good for the next six days too, with the bureau forecasting up to 35mm to come.
In June last year Geraldton received 35mm in total.
