Jandamarra Dwyer: Geraldton man pleads not guilty to multiple charges of sexually penetrating child

A Geraldton man has pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of sexual penetration of an underage girl.

Jandamarra Dwyer, 24, appeared in Geraldton Magistrates Court via video link from Greenough Prison on Monday, July 24.

Mr Dwyer pleaded not guilty to sexual penetration of a child under 13, three counts of sexually penetrated a child over 13 and under 16 and indecently dealing with a child over 13 and under 16.

He is scheduled to reappear in court on October 25.
