Man escapes with minor injuries after car and scooter collide in Geraldton

A man escaped with minor injuries after his scooter and a car collided in Bluff Point on Friday.

Police said the accident happened about 3.30pm at the intersection of North West Coastal Highway and Railway Street.

A St Johns Ambulance spokesman said the man, aged in his 20s, was taken to Geraldton Hospital.

The WA Country Health Service spokeswoman said the man was treated in the emergency department and discharged.
