Meth seized near Dongara

Police allegedly seized 13.5 grams of methamphetamine when they stopped a car on Brand Highway near Dongara yesterday.

Officers from Perenjori and Three Springs searched the car after the driver allegedly tested positive to the drug, about 1.30pm.

They allegedly found a clipseal bag, containing a substance believed to be methylamphetamine, and a glass pipe.

A 35-year-old Rangeway woman and a 30-year-old Rangeway man were charged with possessing a prohibited drug with intent to sell supply and possess drug paraphernalia.

The are expected to face Geraldton Magistrate’s Court.
