Mid West Chamber of Commerce and Industry declares 2025 Mid West Economic Forum a ‘great success’
Business and industry leaders gathered in Geraldton last week for the 2025 Mid West Economic Forum.
Hosted by the Mid West Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the annual event welcomed delegates from across WA to discuss development and the future of the Mid West.
The forum on Wednesday, June 25 was an all-day affair at the Queens Park Theatre, with four sessions comprising of eight panels held on topics including local government, logistics and industry, energy, future minds working together, tourism, education and the workforce, manufacturing and innovation and, housing and construction.
Kitty Prodonovich, the CEO of the Regional Chambers of Commerce and Industry WA, was the event’s MC.
The night before on Tuesday, June 24, forum speakers and attendees were treated to a welcome dinner at Gybes function centre.
The delicious three-course menu, celebrating local regional produce, was specially curated by Aboriginal chef Daniel Lyndon, supported by the team from RT Cafe and Restaurant.
After the forum, a business after hours event was held in the QPT foyer.
MWCCI said all three events were “well attended and a great success”.
