Mitsubishi Triton rolls on its roof in Utakarra Road crash leaving two men with minor injuries

An 18-year-old woman has been charged with no authority to drive and a vehicle rollover left two men with minor injuries after two road crashes within an hour of each other.

Police and emergency services attended an incident on Utakarra Road about 10.30am in which a Volkswagen Amarok and red Mitsubishi Triton collided.

The Triton ended up on its roof on the road verge.

Police say minor injuries were involved.

A St John WA spokesperson said two men — one in his 80s, the other in his 50s — were treated at the scene.

The man in his 50s was taken to Geraldton Health Campus.

Police continue to investigate the accident and no one has been charged.

A second crash on Utakarra Road occurred within an hour of the first one.

After a police investigation, an 18-year-old woman driving a green Commodore was charged with no authority to drive.

She was summonsed to court at a later date.
