New board member for country company
Horizon Power has appointed a new non-executive member to the company board.
Michael Court is a former member of the WA Treasury, the Commonwealth Treasury and the Department of Foreign Affairs.
He is a deputy chairman of the WA Treasury Corporation Board and holds a Bachelor of Economics from Murdoch University.
Mr Court was appointed to help the power provider develop future energy models.
Horizon Power services Yalgoo, Mount Magnet, Sandstone, Wiluna, Boolardy, Meekatharra, Gascoyne Junction, Denham, Carnarvon and Coral Bay.
