Geraldton Police have appealed for witnesses and people with dash camera footage of a Woorree crash yesterday to come forward.

The incident involved a motorcyclist hitting the back of a car towing a trailer near the Dayana Drive and Galilee Way intersection.

Police were alerted to the incident at 12.10pm, with St John Ambulance also attending the scene.

The 32-year-old male motorcyclist was taken to hospital, and a police spokesperson said he likely suffered a broken leg.

The incident caused traffic disruption as police blocked off Dayana Drive while attending the scene.
