Police look for witnesses to Gero Foreshore attack

A man was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by the Royal Flying Doctor Service after he sustained serious injuries from an assault on Geraldton Foreshore last Thursday.

Detectives say the attack occurred on a groyne about 7pm.

A 29-year-old Rangeway man has been charged with committing an act intending to harm, and caused bodily harm to another male.

Detectives would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time.
