Police have released the name of a man who was killed in a car rollover at Bookara last week.

He was Seteriki Rakabula, 44, of Wandina.

Police said Mr Rakabula was driving along Brand Highway about 7pm on May 29 when his white Mitsubishi Triton utility left the road and rolled about 2km south of Butcher Road.

He was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.

Traffic officers would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the crash or the utility before the crash.
