It is vital to prioritise your time, set boundaries, learn to say no, take breaks, delegate, manage your technology use and make time for yourself to achieve this balance. One of the essential aspects of achieving a good work-life balance is to prioritise your time. Identify the most important tasks at work and home and create a schedule that allows you to complete them without sacrificing one area for the other. This way, you can ensure that you have enough time for both your work and personal life. Setting clear boundaries between your work and personal life is also essential.
