Rain band expected to bring 20mm to Geraldton

Geraldton is expected to get a break from its unseasonal dry weather with up to 20mm of rain in the next 24 hours.
Bureau of Meteorology duty forecaster James Ashley said most of the rain would fall overnight with a rain band moving through, with a cold unstable air mass bringing further showers tomorrow.
The bureau is forecasting a possible morning shower on Thursday with up to 0.2mm.
There is no rain forecast for Friday, but the bureau is predicting up to 15mm on Saturday.
