Road rage appeal: Police search for angry driver after smashing side mirror with fist

Police are on the hunt for a driver involved in a road rage incident in Beachlands on Tuesday afternoon which ended with him smashing the side mirror of a woman’s car. The male driver of a white Toyota Hilux was at the centre of a police public appeal this week after the incident which occurred about 4.30pm on Tuesday. Police allege the male driver began tailgating a woman who was driving east on John Willcock Link in Beachlands. As they came to a stop at the lights at the intersection of Brand Highway to turn right, the man allegedly exited his vehicle and began verbally abusing the woman. Before the woman could get away the man smashed her side mirror with his fist before leaving the area.
