Spalding man facing meth charge

A 31-year-old Spalding male will face Geraldton Magistrate’s Court next month for allegedly possessing meth and someone else’s prescription medication.

Police said the man, who they stopped on Utakarra Road just after midnight Wednesday, was highly erratic and appeared to be under the influence of meth.

Police searched him and allegedly found meth and medication not prescribed to him.

He was charged with possession of drugs and unlawfully obtained property.
