Stations of the Cross on display

Geraldton Guardian

A unique exhibition which sees artists exploring the meaning of Easter will launch at Geraldton Regional Art Gallery today.

The Stations of the Cross Art Exhibition, co-ordinated by Perth-based Wesley Uniting Church, invited 15 contemporary and emerging artists to create an art piece around the traditional Easter story.

Now in its eighth year, the exhibition comprises a fascinating collection of artworks that explore universal human experiences of loss, grief, oppression and mortality.

The exhibition will be on display until June 11.
