A 31-year-old Spalding man has been charged after he was allegedly captured on CCTV footage with a bike stolen from a Wonthella home on Friday.
Police said a number of people entered the backyard of a home on Place Road, just after 5pm, where they stole two pushbikes from an unlocked shed.
While investigating the theft, police were provided CCTV footage that allegedly showed a man with one of the stolen bikes.
He was arrested on Monday and charged with possessing stolen property.
He was released on bail to face Geraldton Magistrate’s Court at a later date.
