Three injured in highway accident at Greenough

Three people have been taken to hospital after a traffic accident on Brand Highway south of Geraldton this afternoon.

The accident happened near the intersection of Phillips Road, Greenough, north of the S Bend, about 1.30pm.

St John Ambulance conveyed three people to Geraldton Hospital; a woman aged 70, a man in his 40s and a toddler.

Motorists have reported traffic is currently being diverted around the accident scene.
