Tickets are now on sale for the region’s premier sporting awards night, as time is running out to get your nominations in for the Geraldton Guardian Mid West Sports Awards.

The awards, which will celebrate 50 years at the Batavia Hall on November 26, recognise outstanding efforts and bring together the best on and off-field contributors to sport in the region.

Nominations for the awards will close on October 24 so make sure to hit up your local clubs to endorse nominees and recognise their efforts in the past year.

With 11 categories there are awards to recognise all facets of sport with many of the Mid West’s top stars featured among previous winners.

To make a submission or to find out more about the categories, visit the Mid West Sports Federation website. Tickets are also available to buy from the site.
