A new COVID-19 phone line for West Australians was launched today by the State Emergency Coordinator, Police Commissioner Chris Dawson.

By dialling 13COVID (132 68 43), WA residents will have access to the latest information regarding the impact of the virus in WA.

This includes preventions tips, information on COVID-19 symptoms, help for those in self-isolation, or information for health practitioners.

Options also include information on impacts for families, businesses, schools and health care providers, and up-to-date advice on restrictions to travel and public gatherings.

The hotline will be manned seven days a week, from 7 AM to 10 PM.
