Woman charged over damage to police cars

Police allege a 27-year-old woman caused an estimated $10,000 damage to three police cars in Geraldton on Sunday.

Police allege that rocks and bricks were thrown at the cars, causing damage to the panels and windows, after the woman visited the police station at 8.30am.

The woman was charged with criminal damage and will appear in Geraldton Magistrate’s Court at a later date.
