Woman dies in car crash in WA’s Mid West

A woman died when a car hit a tree at Eurardy, near Northampton and Kalbarri, yesterday.
Police said the 37-year-old was a passenger in a white Mitsubishi ASX travelling south on North West Coastal Highway about 3.30pm when the crash occurred.
The driver, a 65-year-old woman, was seriously injured.
The driver, along with a seven-year-old boy and a six-month-old girl, were taken to Geraldton Hospital for treatment.
The children’s injuries are unknown.
Eurardy is about 100 kilometres north of Northampton and 125 kilometres east of Kalbarri.
Police would like to speak to anyone who may may have seen the car before or at the time of the crash.
