Walkaway Primary School pre-primary student Patrick Moses got to live out his dream when he led the West Coast Eagles onto Domain Stadium for their game against Port Adelaide.

Patrick, 5, got to tour the Eagles’ rooms before the game, as well as run out with his idols through the team banner after winning the latest Rookie of the Round competition, run by the club.

It was a busy week for the sports-mad youngster.

A day earlier, he received a call from the Perth Wildcats, informing him he had won a signed basketball jersey.

Patrick’s mother Julieanne told The Geraldton Guardian her son was content to keep his Eagles gear on and was reluctant to wash his hands after receiving high-fives from the Eagles players.
