West Coast premiership star Josh Kennedy will headline a special coaching clinic for all interested Goldfields players on March 9 at Kambalda West Oval.

The three-time All-Australian will run an initial session for local juniors and colts players from 12.30pm to 1.30pm, followed by coaching for women’s and senior players from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

Kennedy, 36, retired after the 2022 AFL season as the first West Coast player to reach the 700-goal milestone.

He led the club’s goalkicking eight times and played in the 2018 premiership team.

Goldfields Football League’s 2024 season starts on April 6 when Boulder play Mines Rovers and Railways take on Kalgoorlie.
