One West Aussie’s life has changed forever after landing a $1 million windfall in Wednesday night’s Millionaire Medley lotto draw.

The lucky player was one of just two ticket holders across Australia to take home the $1m division one prize, with the other winning ticket sold interstate.

The winning numbers were 22, 25, 28, 14, 13, 8, with supplementary numbers 39 and 15.

Meanwhile, one West Aussie was among eight winners nationally to pocket $6,178.25 in division two.

The latest windfall comes just days after another West Aussie became an instant millionaire in Saturday night’s draw, on the same night Fremantle suffered its heartbreaking Grand Final defeat.

And last week, a FIFO rigger from WA also scored a $1 million Millionaire Medley windfall after making a last-minute switch from his usual lottery game.

The lucky punter had been a regular Set for Life player but decided to grab a Millionaire Medley ticket after his usual game was temporarily unavailable.

He said his first priority after winning was buying a new home for himself and his partner.

“I started house hunting straight away and we’ve already been to some home opens, even before collecting the prize money,” he said.
