Perth man charged with 2011 sex offence

Police have charged a 35-year-old man with sexually assaulting an elderly woman eight years ago in Beachlands.

Cold Case Serious Crime Squad detectives say the man entered a residence in February 2011, confronting the occupant and indecently assaulting her.

She was then in her 60s,

The Bassendean man is due to appear before Perth Magistrate’s Court on November 11 charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault and one of aggravated burglary and committing an offence.
