Geraldton police have appealed to parents to keep watch over their children after dozens of teens took to the streets of Rangeway early this morning.

Police took to Twitter about 2am saying: "Where are your teenage children tonight? (Police) dealing with dozens of disrespectful kids in Rangeway. #whereistherespect."

And later: "(We) ask parents to pick up your children if they are walking the streets. Two police vans tied up with teenagers playing up."
