They beat a strong mixed local competition side with Geraldton bowling club 2022 State champion pair Shane Giudice-Nairn and Mike Ford teaming up with current fours State champion Joel Leeson along with Ian Carlshausen from Denison finishing runners-up.

Completing the podium was a composite metro side with Sam Perica, Mick Marovic, Allan Grieves, Sean Niven finishing in third with Perica, Marovic and Greives all repeating their efforts from last year.

Fourth place went to the Warwick quartet of Ray Loran, Graham Smith, Alan Hornby, Brian Leddingham with fellow metro side Hilton Park represented by Craig Standley, Shaun Farrell, Doug Watson, Tony Maxwell finishing fifth.

The tournament as well as the food on offer across the three days was well received with many already looking foward to next year.
