Woman charged over alleged glassing

A woman has been charged over an alleged glassing at Karloo in August.

Police said a 21-year-old woman was walking along a pipeline near Karloo about noon on Monday, August 31, when she was approached by a group of people and a fight erupted.

The woman suffered cuts to her face when she was allegedly hit with a glass bottle.

A 21-year-old Rangeway woman was arrested yesterday and charged with aggravated unlawful wounding.

She will appear before Geraldton Magistrate’s Court.
