A crash on Kwinana Freeway southbound closed a lane on a busy stretch of the Perth road on Saturday evening.

The crash — located on the Narrows Bridge — was reported by Main Roads at 5.40pm.

Incident Response closed the left lane of the Freeway, which caused congestion.

The crash has since been cleared, but Main Roads has reminded drivers to proceed with caution if travelling in the area.
