A crash on Kwinana Freeway southbound in South Perth is causing traffic headaches for motorists heading home on Thursday evening.
The crash occurred on the Freeway southbound at Mill Point Road just over the Narrows Bridge, and was reported by Main Roads at 6.54pm.
The right lane has been completely blocked and there is congestion leading up to the site.
Main Roads has reminded drivers to exercise “extreme” caution if driving in the area.
The crash comes after a breakdown on Mitchell Freeway northbound in Osborne Park slowed traffic earlier on Thursday.

The breakdown occurred on Mitchell Freeway just after Hutton Street and was reported by Main Roads at 5.43pm.
The right lane was been closed by Incident Response.
The breakdown has since been cleared, but traffic remains slow leading up to the site.
